Upscaled x2/2K textures
Added 2025-07-02 06:34:44 +0000 UTCI upscaled everything to 4K, just to see if it was possible — but there’s a memory limit somewhere in the game executable. The 4K texture by itself isn’t the problem; it’s just that having so many of them pushes the game to a memory limit, sadly.
So I removed all 4K images (original 2K upscaled to 4K) and kept only the textures that were 2K or less — meaning textures that were upscaled by a factor of 2× but had an original resolution of 1K or lower.
As always, text textures, GUI icons, and interactive game icons and symbols benefit the most from this.
