Wolfie is coming back! (Please read this post)

Hi! So, to cut things short, Wolfie is going to be coming back into the story. If you want to know how or why this is going to happen, then please read this post until the end!

I'm sure most of you have read chapter 47: Disappear. There, Wolfie just gets removed from the story all of a sudden.

Many readers have told me that they felt Wolfie was a wasted character. And some have said they wanted to see her be a friend to Chloe. Others have told me Wolfie's death just seemed too abrupt.

Upon revisiting these chapters, I too agree that Wolfie could have more room to grow. Her story has barely even started.

Originally, my goal for Wolfie was for her to exist solely to show the effects of the culling. But with the benefit of reflection and hindsight, I think I made a mistake.

So, here's what's going to happen:

I'll be editing Wolfie's PoV in chapter 47. This change will be posted when today's chapter is posted.

Today's chapter will be a new chapter 48. All chapters after that will be re-numbered retroactively (meaning, the current chapter 50 will become chapter 51, and so on).

The new chapter 48 will be titled: Tartarus.

I think these changes will make the story a lot more interesting. And it'll make Chloe's time in Vorraska and the beastkin territories in general more interesting too. Wolfie is a beastkin after all.
