If it's not too late to add a suggestion, I'll toss in Koujaku from Dramatical Murder tied up with rope in a classic boxtie and cleave gag!

There's a lot of bondage in the game surprisingly, and the one thing I can remember is the "combine prisoner pod", but there's so much that can be done with him. Even though he's a mute protagonist for the most part, him being very tightly gagged would always be welcome 💙 of course there's always more guys and/or more scenarios in my mind if needed ^^
