2022-08-11 19:25:31 +0000 UTCI don't see much of him, but one of my favorite guys is Erik from Dragon Quest 11! He's a thief, so it's always fun to see him in chains or rope! Or, and I know it's a slightly older game, but maybe N from Pokemon BW/B2W2 with a bunch of tape?
