Tex taking out his frustration on unsuspecting cooking show competitors is so relatable it hurts. And the fact that Vel noticed is such a sweet touch. (Also, dustbunnies deserve to be called motherfuckers) Vel's consistency of character even after a year of this storyline is impeccable. Even in this role that's less frequent for him, we get the same unhinged, soft-spoken mania that we always have. Amazing character work. Listener is gonna be furious that she wasn't there to participate in that. I know I am!
