Apologies for the slowdown.
I wanted to wait awhile to deal with a spontaneous medical issue that occurred. I was able to have it diagnosed and it thankfully doesn't appear to be the result of cancer or an infection but whether I am out of the woods yet remains at large. We're still not sure if its chronic or acute(I really hope). Currently I'm looking towards solutions that I can take to alleviate the issues but for now I've been told to take it easy.
I have a few ideas that it may be related to some lifestyle changes that my body has yet to acclimatize to so I'll be experimenting in the meantime.
