People abroad who can no longer pay via paypal./paypalのルール変更について
Added 2024-03-22 03:02:27 +0000 UTCPayPal rules have changed and new payments have become more stringent.
We would like to know how many people who have been supporting us will no longer be able to support us as a result of this change.
We would also like to consider where we can support people overseas.
