First Ride on the BMW M1000RR!

We are waiting on the final parts for the R1M so I figured it would be a great time to get out on the M1000RR and do a first ride and review!
Overall I have to say this is hands down the best superbike you can buy for street riding. Its comfortable, has fantastic brakes, awesome handling, looks great, amazing screen and tech, heated grips, cruise control...I mean its really an impressive machine.

2022-08-23 15:41:21 +0000 UTCI can tell you first hand… once you reach “break in mileage” you will need to have the first service done and the dealership will have to unlock the software to give you the full RPM range. My dealership unlocked mine and there input was at least 700 miles but they recommended 1000. If I remember correctly I got mine done around 900. I am not giving any kind of opinion on this regarding what break in miles should be…. this is just my personal experience with my M1000rr and I hope this info helps you out.
