Had a theory I wanted to throw by you. I think that the crystal in Hallowfall was the Light's attempt at converting Azeroth's world soul to Light, but somehow their conversion weapon got stuck there.

Doubly so because the void item models we are getting now also have a slightly elven undertone about them which, again, is gonna be one of the themes of Midnight.
