A Little Advice

Hello all!

We are recording a brand new instalment in the Great Patron Q&A tonight for your delectation and delight, with some updates on the new D&D series and also an idea we had of uploading all our videos as audio-only versions for you so patrons can listen to them as podcasts (we like this idea)

In the mean time I was wondering if we could pick the brains of the more tech-savvy among you.

I'm fitting a new pump on my PC and thought it would be a good opportunity to add a valve into the loop for easy drainage when it's liquid-replacement time. I was going to extent the longest tube and add the valve in there, like this:

But then I thought... Is there any reason I couldn't make that tube's route into the GPU a bit shorter and add the valve onto the bottom fitting of the block, like this?:

Is that too short a loop or something? Any knowledge you have to impart would be most welcome :)

(Proper patron post with some lovely content coming soon :)
