Illegal Reupload

I found out today that one of my current or former $10+ patrons is a fraudster who first posed as a PokeTuber's channel and is currently posing as me. They're using my name and picture and have uploaded one of my videos.
I know it's a current or former $10+ patron because the video they uploaded...is PokéSins Johto Episode 1. They recorded it on their phone and posted it, offering to subsequently upload all the others too.
I am incredibly grateful to all my patrons for their ongoing support, but the fact that one of you would use this as a chance to illegally repost my videos is...disappointing.
I have taken the appropriate steps with YouTube, reporting both the video and the channel. If the person behind this stops now and takes down the video, I will look no further. However if this persists, I will have no choice but to take further steps.
As you know, the PokéSins Johto episodes are exclusive to $10+ patrons as a reward for their support, and the public uploading of them by this fraudster devalues your support and their exclusivity.
Rest assured that I'll do everything I can to ensure the exclusivity of your rewards.
