I have added permissions for everyone whose pledges have come through; I used the e-mail addresses provided by Patreon.
I'm still not 100% on how Private videos work, but I'm running some tests using my tutorial channel as a basis (kinda fitting, really).
If your pledge has come through but you're unable to watch this video, please let me know and we'll work it out.

2015-07-09 13:24:14 +0000 UTCI'm not sure if my newer pledge has come through yet, but for some Youtube accounts you may need to get the pledger to give you their Youtube channel or account name (possibly in a private message if they're concerned with privacy) and add that specific Youtube account to the list of people who can view the video. Another way might be to have the pledger send you a message on YouTube with their Patreon email address, since that would tell you which channel to add.
