[IMPORTANT] Full Overhaul Incoming!

Hey everyone! bit of a long read ahead, but soon I'll be overhauling this page! What this means is that I'll be changing some prices around, creating new tiers, and updating the banner art with some swanky new drawings.

So why am I doing this?

(you can skip this section if you want, I won't cry and sob and piss myself, promise.)

• Reason 1: $7 is a lot of money. It's more money than [Insert fast food item/streaming service membership that is cheaper here]. And I found that this causes a lot of people to not want to stick around. Now it should be noted that I don't mind at all if you just wanna see the remaining Pet Patch pages or look ahead at my other projects! But I think I owe it to myself to make the Early Access tier more affordable

• Reason 2: WIP update access shouldn't be limited. I've always seen Tree, Sapling, and Folicoatl tiers as "commission tiers", since the main offering with them, and the reason they're so expensive, is due to my timed sketches and, to a lesser extent, commission discounts. But bunching WIP updates with those benefits makes it so it seems like that tier is the "I wanna support this girl a lot" tier, so backers end up not redeeming their timed sketch, and it might take away from ppl who would be interested in one

• Reason 3: Timed sketches themselves. They're a bit of a mess. On one hand, I love doing them! But on the other, from a logistical standpoint they end up taking way too much of the time I could be using drawing comic pages and working on commissions. A while back I halved the time allocated to those sketches, but that just made it so I dislike the result of a meager 30 minutes of work.

• Reason 4: The old tier banners were done back in 2022, and frankly I just think they're kinda stinky lookin'. My art evolved a lot and I wanted to update this page to reflect that

So what will be the new tiers?

Moss Tier ---> Sapling ($2/month)

Benefits and pricing will be kept the same! I know it's a bit confusing since the old sapling tier is the one being removed, but it'll fit the new theme, you'll see!

• Special Discord server title.

• Access to unposted sketches and warmups.

• Priority Queue when getting a commission.

Sapling Tier ($7/month) ---> Florist ($5/month)

 Benefits will be kept the same! You'll be able to view all my comics earlier than everyone else, but now for only $5/month rather than the previous $7/month!

• All previous benefits.

• Early access to comic pages posted as I finish them!

NEW TIER: Astrologist ($10/month)

 For $10/month, you'll follow my artistic process as it happens with WIP updates as I work on new comic pages. Alongside that, I'll be posting timelapses of larger drawings and comics. Ideal for those of you that really enjoy my work and want to (and can) show it! 

• All previous benefits.

• Exclusive work-in-progress updates for my comics.

• Timelapses for said comics too!

NEW TIER: Robed Ominous Figure ($30/month)

'Tree', 'Flower' and 'Folicoatl' tiers will be deleted, in its place will be the one true Commission Tier. Limited to 5 slots, backers of this tier will receive a monthly 1-hour timed sketch of their choosing. Alongside the satisfaction of knowing I'd be nothing without you!

• All previous benefits.

• 10% discount on all commissions.

• 1-hour timed sketch every month.

So when is that gonna happen?

Well, currently there seems to be some kind of technical issue that makes it so I can't edit tier prices. I've actually already sent an e-mail to support and hopefully they'll be able to help me with that. But as soon as that happens the change will go into effect.

It has told me to wait "a few hours" for the past week...

Of course, if that doesn't work, I'll have to do an alternative, which is to unlist the current $7 tier, create a new $5 tier, and ask every single one of my 60-something patrons in that tier to change to the new one before finally deleting it... you can see how I would really prefer not to do that.

As for the process of it. once the tier is edited you will not be charged another time, but it seems like you'll still be charged the old price for 31 days? This doesn't apply to new members though. I recommend taking a look in this support page to find out more as I'm not all that technically minded.

Thanks for reading this, I'll let you folks know when the changes take full effect (which should be today or tomorrow, if support sticks to their 24-48 hour response claim), but should hopefully be sometime this week at the latest. Once that happens, feel free to change your tier to whatever you find most appropriate.
