These devices appear to be designed with modularity in mind, resembling Polymer in the interface and functionality.

- An output control is missing; instead, LFOs are attached, which seems counter-intuitive given the modularity elsewhere.

- New filters like Fis, Rasp, Ripple, and Vowels have been introduced.

Agreed that we need to bring more modular devices to the chain. (And possibly have some kind of “encapsulation” in the Grid itself.) Also agreed that a display would be important for filters. Also helps in interacting with the filters since we can move both the cutoff and resonance at the same time. In fact, something I wish we had is a way to record 2D gestures, a bit like drawing a shape for some LFO, just much better than that when we can work directly on top of a spectrum.
