One of the pitfalls of interviews is that you never know how a first time guest will come across, how they will answer questions, what tone they will strike, what level of detail they want to go in, etc. I liked this convo a lot, but I was also left a little unsatisfied with some responses (as often happens) - but at the same time I enjoyed talking with her and hopefully you got something of value out of it.

Brother I'm the same way.

I feel like this episode could’ve been condensed into 15 minutes. I also found it odd that your guest thinks plastics are detrimental to our health but then claims they are innovative for disabled people. If we can reorganize our use of plastics, or outright abolish them, then we can surely innovate something for people who can’t peel a banana, something that doesn’t use plastics. Can you delve into the specifics of where our trash actively is going? I read that China is no longer accepting our trash exports. Personally I’ve noticed a huge landfill grow over two years. It’s a small mountain now, just outside my home town. I worry about the runoff from this landfill as it sits on the watershed into the Mississippi river.

Shit man you're on fire haven't finished one episode and there's the next one and great stuff as always! Haven't had a chance tot listen to this one yet but I was wondering do you have any updates on the gardening front? Loved the episode with Propaganda by the Seed it really got me in to trying some more veggies than just tomatoes and mabey an occasional zucchini. Result is that I have a lot of plants (mabey too many 😄) but it's also great to give those away to people in the neighbourhood and share with friends and family, anyway thanks for all you're doing!!! love and solidarity
