2021-08-31 04:08:50 +0000 UTCGreat episode, really surprised to hear that John Berger isn't as well known in the US! Assumed he was just one of these figures that most people had at least heard of. There's a nice documentary co-produced by Tilda Swinton called The Seasons in Quincy on MUBI which (although straying towards pretentiousness at times) gives a good idea of the type of person he was, and is a relaxing watch overall. Would recommend
