Absolutely!! I think about that a lot. When I am out in the of nowhere I try to find rocks or trees that I would bet have never been touched by a human hand and then I just reflect on that fact as I am touching the thing in question. Profound stuff for sure! I am so glad you enjoyed it! We are doing that episode on Psychedelics in a few months! :)

The stories you all shared were relatable and interesting, and you should absolutely do a whole episode on your experiences! The thing I enjoy most about psychedelics is that it gives you back your innocence. You get to experience the world anew as a child does, where the most insignificant things become the most profound. A rock: forged in the fires in the belly of the Earth, brought to the surface by unstoppable forces of nature, probably witnessed the dinosaurs, was buried, compressed, re-emerged-- only to end up in the hands of someone who is way too high on drugs. The history of the entire planet, and also just a rock. That's my shit.
