Early Release: Communization Theory with Swampside Chats and The Antifada

Yes! But since Swampside Chats is a smaller podcast that we want to help get new listeners, we are letting them release this first. Rev Left will release this in the next month or so and itll be on all our regular platforms. We have also just added our new show Red Menace to Stitcher today, so if you are interested, def add us to your favs! (Stitcher is the app i use for my podcast listening as well, btw!) Thank you so much for the kind words about the show! It really means the world to me! ,3

Revolutionary Left Radio

Do you plan to release this podcast on Stitcher? That's the only podcast app I have, but if it's elsewhere I can try to download another app or use a different platform. All my gratitude for your amazing work and dedication to contributing value through this show and all your other initiatives.

Thats a totally fair criticism. I had a problem with the format, because when you put 6 people together talking about 5 different essays, you arent going to be able to cover all the bases with the nuance demanded unless the episode is like 5 hours long. I did this as a fun experiment, but I still plan on having a Communizer on to defend their tendency on RLR. I also plan on having a Left Com tendency episode. So if you werent fully happy with this huge collab, maybe you will find the RLR treatment of it fairer and more reasonable. But yea, I do NOT disagree with you at all. But again, I was asked by my comrades at the other two shows to join them, so I did and I did my best with the limited time I had.

Great episode that clearly took a lot of time to research and get right. I am disappointed though. I'm not upset with a critical reading of a tendency, but I'd be profoundly disappointed with an introductory episode to Marxist-Leninism that was hosted by anarcho-syndicalists, was almost exclusively critical of the tendency (at least to the degree it diverged from anarcho-syndicalism,) and didn't have a Marxist-Leninist on to clarify or address criticisms and explain their position. I think Rev Left is largely popular for its fairness to a diversity of positions, and while I know this isn't Rev Left, it saddens me that communizers & Tiqqun/Invisible Committee types didn't get the same fairness in the introduction to their position.
