2018-08-29 12:29:21 +0000 UTCI really enjoyed your analysis of Robocop as it related to the police and the proletariat. I wonder what you would think about Robocop 3. Although it was not directed by Paul Verhoeven, it has similar themes. There is a scene in which all the police rip of their badges and join the "people" to defend them from the private corporation. It's also written by Frank Miller, who is now quite a reactionary, so that makes it a bit interesting.
