Blacked out here in LA, and hoping NBA can address this BS. Ideas anyone? JK’s steady improvement is cool to watch, especially unselfish dimes. Boards & D longer term project. Will Richard is my sleeper at 2 for bigger minutes, both ends IQ and confidence. He and Melton will be big. Obviously Podz’ game w & w/o Steph/Jimmy is radically different, and his trad PG role w 2nd unit could be pivotal. Love Pat, but he’s not there for 20 mins a night. If Cryer carves up G league? Despite 4 centers, our weakness against trad bigs is pretty obvious, especially after watching Jokic, Zubac, Hartenstein, etc… Continued gratitude onya, Alch! You’re real solace in our F’ed up country right now!

It's a nice morale boost for a team, but I'm way more concerned with JK getting blown by on defense by Austin Reeves of all people. It speaks to JK not having any PRIDE in his defense, which does not bode well. I can only hope they show that tape to him and clown him a bit to try and stoke his ego and give him a sense of shame about that stuff.

I feel JK is a much better POA defender than he is a help defender and Podz is much better as a help defender. Why is it that JK rarely gets the POA defense assignment. JK has shown that he can really disrupt in that position and when you see AR cooking Podz, i think JK would have given him a way tougher time. is there a reason why JK rarely gets the assignment to just go guard a scorer like AR. He's shown to be good at guarding the likes of Antman and Luka. Wigs used to get that assignment all the time and got better at it over time. his off ball defense wasnt great either. Why not just give JK the Wigs role on defense and i'm sure he'll get better at it with more reps??

2025-10-13 22:52:41 +0000 UTCI had mixed feelings about JK’s game. Positive: I like that the passing seems to be becoming a habit. He was dime-ing guys up even in an otherwise low mental energy game. Negative: he def lacked the defensive/rebounding pop of the first two games. Hopefully, he was just freaked out by the ankle tweak and was trying to take it easy in a meaningless game. Really hope it’s not gonna be an every other night thing.
