I was a tad hesitant on the ad, as it's such a sensitive topic for a lot of people and I though maybe it would be awkward to talk about has a bit of a stigma to it but feels like a time to normalize therapy, and it seemed like I really shouldn't feel that way about it glad you appreciate it! thanks!

It was very cleverly filmed and I appreciate you talking about mental health with your viewers! There's a lot of need for therapy, especially after these past few challenging years, and people I know are struggling to figure out where to start to find the help they need.
