Moving from PICARTO to PICZEL

Picarto costs a good chunk of money each month (to multistream), Piczel so far is free and overall just runs better, PLUS I can multistream with more than 3 other people at a time!
I'll be using picarto a few more times, but wanna work towards getting more folks over on Piczel.
