Remember it tracked north over land just in time to block all rain headed that way?? Well, it turned south and returned to baja in one day, but traversing over the water this time and not land. Then it turned around again? Really!! HEaded north for the second time no kidding, and this time had water in it. Currently shedding water in rings or bands. Also, strange anomaly seen near north pole. Check it out.
