How Can Anyone Forget This Freak Weather

Yes! That which creates hail. Also, with metallic oxides in the air nucleation of water and ice is happening in turbulent layers of atmosphere. Areas that did not previously support cloud formation. This give rises to some of the oddest, weirdest clouds we have ever witnesses on this planet.
