When you guys called the potential investor and were discussing his new IP, he fumbled on a lot of the questions and the way he presented himself was unbecoming for a company representative. If it's not too uncomfortable, Bee man, I would chat with him before the next time he comes on and make sure he prepares himself more. All the best, thanks.
