Mid-May Status Update! (See us at TCAF!)

Hello all! I figured I'd give a little update on where things are standing right now!

Comic Updates

Folks with full buffer access have probably noticed there have not been any new pages for a couple of weeks. This is a combo of a couple of things:

A family emergency for which I had to travel and was away for a week (everyone is ok)
Getting sick once I got back
And more pressingly, Ari and I have been busily workshopping and writing the next scene

We have been working on the last stretch of this chapter and hammering out how we want it to end, what themes we really want to highlight, what arcs we need to bring to a conclusion, etc. We're close! And I think I have the script for the next scene complete, which I was all ready to work on today, except we decided we needed one more page of the current scene, so I'm working on that now.

With the script done for the next scene, I'm going to need to get some backgrounds done, as well. I'll work on that as quickly as I can. But there may be a brief pause on comic pages as needed — we'll see!

Other than that, I'm feeling REALLY good lately, so I've been spending more time away from the computer doing other hobbies and cleaning the house.

Fundraiser

The fundraiser for Ari and Izzy was a smashing success! Thank you all so much for your participation!! All the sketch rewards are completed, and the auction reward is currently underway. I've attached all the sketch rewards here!

Patreon Creator Ambassador

I have been invited and accepted into the Creator Ambassador program at Patreon! That means that sometimes, you guys will get to try out and beta test new features, and I have a voice with the management for feedback and whatnot. I also get to network with other cool creatives on here. It's very cool! I'll let you know when there's something to beta test!

TCAF - Toronto Comic Arts Festival

Ari and Momodriller — the artist behind Preeny Has to Repeat 6th Grade, another spectacular Foxglove comic — are sharing a booth at TCAF on June 7th and 8th in Toronto! Ari will be selling Tamberlane books there, as well as stickers. If you want to pick up a book in person and talk to Ari, you should stop by!
