The Friends project (w/ Andrew Huang)

The Friend's Theme in WAY more genres then anyone asked for.

My channel get's ska, and the other genres are thrown to other parts of the internet all at the same time. The medley video is my favorite.

Good question! None of my covers (other then the Bach cover) are using anything in the public domain. Covers can be taken care of in a few different ways. For mine, my network (BBTV) manages the cover videos and splits it's earnings automatically between myself and the copyright owner to what the legal split is for a cover. Permission from the original artist isn't needed. What's interesting about this is that these laws were put into place before the internet was much of a thing. Then there's parodies, which is under fair use and the parody creator owns 100% of the work and doesn't need permission or needs to split earnings with the original song owner. This attitude to copyright is unique to America and is seen as part of our rights to opening and freely criticize things. But none of my video are parodies. Partly because fair use is such a legal grey area of what is and what isn't fair use that I just don't want to deal with it.

Great as always...but I do have an honest, serious question. The Rembrandts - they allow this for public domain use?
