Half Hour of Bass Guitar

I'm all about that...

Anyway,
Here's a full half hour of hollow body bass to put on in another tab while you go about the internet :)

These previous videos always needed to be shot in chunks as I played because of the video limits of DSLR's. But on this one I'm using a new Gopro! So there are no cuts in the video.

I'm excited to use this little camera too for timelapses of shoots for the second channel, bringing back the guitarcam as well as some other out there shot ideas I have for it I couldn't do with a my DSLR. And the patreon funding from this video went straight to getting this camera, so I thank you for that.

Expect some cool camera angles in the future :)

Have a good one!

Well thanks for super-subscribing! I appreciate it. And that's really cool to hear you've picked up the bass again :) Me personally, I've never really had a practice schedule or anything like that if that's what you're asking. I find myself playing a few hours everyday usually, and it's just a lot of noodling usually haha and trying to write songs. I've never really been one to practice scales or do exercises or things like that

Awesome! Rob, thanks a lot for your great videos! I've played bass myself several years ago and took a long break, before your videos made me pick it up again! A question for you: How many hours a day do you practice playing? Do you practice at all, or you just play around what comes to your head?

Nikita Yeryomin

Much thanks! and it's a Chowny bass. They're a very new company and have sent a few basses out to youtubers to check out. Or at least Davie504 and I.

Rob Scallon

thanks!

What kind of bass is this? I can just barely read the headstock. Very nice playing, by the way! Very nice and calm to listen to.

Ryan Kouneli

Smooth.

Wow. That was really nice. :) Very relaxing. Is this a Rickenbacker bass? Looks a little like one.
