mp3 & tab attached ;) video goes public on YouTube on Monday. I have been working on this song for quite a while. I wanted to experiment with a capo at first and after much noodling I came up with this. Right after I had finished recording the song my buddy Lou from Detroit suggested a possible trip to visit him and film the video. So I drove out the next day and we scouted out a location. First being the Michigan Center Station, which was incredible. But it's surrounded by a barbed wire fence and it's very clear that the city doesn't want you going in there. So the next day we drove around and stumbled upon this location. Detroit has an astonishing amount of abandoned buildings. This one though was wide open, right by the road and looked great. Some graffiti on the wall read "home home home" and Louis suggested I adopt it as a song name. I think he was right. Have a good one!

I'm so happy about that! and thanks :) It's really an incredible instrument. Super versatile. It's pretty heavily associated with metal, and I love using it for that style too. But it's cool that this style is the first you've heard an 8 string. I imagine that's very rare.

This is the first time I have ever heard an eight string guitar. I loved it. Amazing song and video.

Great stuff, love this clean 8 string stuff. Shakes the paper around my speakers when you play the low notes, haha.
