Added 2017-04-08 19:43:57 +0000 UTCThe lines from the last few panels are inspired by a book series (the All Souls Trilogy) I just finished reading, which starts with A Discovery of Witches by Deborah Harkness. I think the line was something like "All a child needs is someone to love them, someone to take responsibility for them, and a soft place to land." I really liked it, so I kinda paraphrased.
