Some changes...
Added 2014-11-19 11:58:08 +0000 UTCI've updated the campaign description with an extra point detailing what I will do each month, with a few new commitments. I'll do one Dös Pägïnäs comic each month. That's two pages of horror, monster, fantasy, or action related sillyness. Loads of silly Cthulhu, silly zombies, silly monsters, and the occasional silly spy or ninja. I did these for the Norwegian comics magazine Nemi for a couple of years, and have been rearing to bring them back. Now... They Live... AGAIN! I'll also do at least one poster a month, and at least one original drawing a month. These are in addition to anything I do for my Patrons, and will not affect the quality of the exclusive patron posters and desktop backgrounds. There's also a list of what I'll try to do as often as possible. Some months I'll only get to do some of it. Others a lot. This depends on the amount of freelance work I have. Also... I already removed the 1000$ milestone, and moved the 2000$ down to 1000$. Having regular comics-pages be a milestone did not make sense. I'm a cartoonist, dammit! The 162$ a month should already be enough to post regular pages. Now I've removed the $500 milestone as well. Doing tutorials is something I should do no matter what, but to do them once a month does not make sense. I should do them when I have something to teach, not just out of commitment. The campaign will continue to change as I figure this out, but I'll never remove milestone content. Regular comics pages are not gone, just moved up so I can do them now. Tutorials are not gone, just moved up and changed frequency to make more sense. If I ever tire of doing regular Dös Pägïnäs, they will be replaced with another comics project that makes sense. Lastly... The support I go in the start was amazing. Unfortunately it's dried completely up. The main problem is that I seem to be unable to reach my international audience. I know they are out there, and I know they are willing to spend money on my art, but somehow I'm not getting support from them. So I have to figure out how to please them. My only tactic right now is to release as much content as humanly possible, and hope someone notices. I'm very optimistic, and will not stop working to reach my goals. Thank you so much, all my early patrons. You are truly the best!
