It might just be inevitable when something Internet-focused gets too big, I've noticed parallels in other domains as well. Complicated issue for sure.

2022-08-13 05:56:25 +0000 UTCYeah it's like a Pandora's box where once you let out the reality tv elements of a genre, you cannot put them back and go back to as healthy of a gameplay based conversation. Sort of goes hand in hand with what I discussed has been going on in fighting games as well.
