I usually make it one of my votes as well. I remember thinking it was really cool in its time, but it also represents a subgenre which is the antithesis of everything going on in shmups the last 25 years - the big ship with extra stuff genre. I'm wondering if Sol Cresta will have any influence in rejuvenating that.
