Noelle the Ice Queen~
Added 2021-09-20 03:25:47 +0000 UTCFinished Chapter 2 of Deltarune, and I REALLY enjoyed it more than chapter 1 AND Undertale combined! Noelle was just a sweetheart in there and I felt it would be fun to doll her up in a sorta similar outfit to her darkworld form~!
The staff and dress design were inspired from other fanarts of her!
