hi everyone, i hope you’re all doing okay!

it’s been a little while since my last update and i’m sorry about that- though i’m sure at this point my apologies are a little tiresome 🥲 i’ve still been working on some admin from my client work and it’s weirdly draining. i’ve been feeling very tired mentally- in one of those spots where i don’t feel like there’s any room left in my head to think about anything clearly.

i’ve also been finding it difficult to take photos without any natural light in my room- i want to take some pictures of some secondhand books and zines that i’ve recently bought but i can’t find anywhere suitable to do it which is very frustrating. hopefully i’ll work something out soon because it really sucks and i’d be lying if i said it wasn’t getting me down 😌

that being said, i’ve been having a good time living here otherwise- it’s a big improvement on my previous situation and i’m very grateful for that. my dad and i have started cycling at the weekends, which wednesday isn’t 100% sold on but doesn’t seem to hate (yet) so i’m taking it as a win 🚴🏻‍♀️✨


i’m still working at the march-april issue of mundane but i’m struggling with it and with my brain feeling overwhelmed/full. the pages are outlined but unfinished and i need to find the time and headspace to do some writing, but hopefully it won’t be long 📑

if you’re happy to share: what helps you to feel grounded/keep you going? what do you turn to when you feel exhausted mentally?

i’ll look forward to hopefully reading your responses, as my usual routines seem to be failing me a little!
