planner and stationery update ✂️✨
Added 2020-12-11 13:20:56 +0000 UTCnot the best photos as i had tiny wednesday bouncing relentlessly around my feet (and trying to chew cables) as i took them, but i hope you'll enjoy the update nonetheless!
all of the stationery was picked up from different etsy shops, so if there's anything specific that you're interested in pls ask and i'll send you the link 😌
firstly, my 2021 hobonichi! it's the english planner version and i'm super excited 📝✨ it came in this lovely 20th anniversary box, and the astroboy cover is rly beautiful and so soft to touch- they also included some free pens (and an astroboy sticker)! 🚀 will try and take some better photos of the book and the cover as soon as i can, as these photos are very dark and don't really do it justice.

and now for stationery! it's all pretty self explanatory- i prefer soft-coloured minimal stickers, so often when i'm looking for them on pinterest i search things like "korean stickers" or "minimal/pastel planner stickers," both of which seem to give the best results. i mostly shop in uk based shops!

finally, and maybe a bit of a weird one, stamps! i've always been very fond of pretty stamps and collected them for a time as a child, but as i got older it started to feel a bit silly and i lost interest (though i mostly just didn't know what to do with them anymore). while browsing etsy for stickers i came across a couple of uk-based shops that sell a lot of vintage and or/used stamps, and realised that i could collect them in my hobonichi 😌

they had lots of different styles available, so i tried to keep it under control by only ordering ones that felt very special- bbc sherlock stamps from 2020, sherlock holmes stamps from 1993, a set of henry viii and his six wives from 1997, and a set of "british anniversaries" primarily bought for a stamp that marks the discovery of tutankhamun's tomb, as these are all special interests. i also bought some vintage christmas nativity stamps that are a little reminiscient of illuminated manuscript illustrations (from 1979), some disability stamps from 1981, some very beautiful astronomy stamps frm 1990, and finally, some japanese stamps that feature moomin, miffy and snoopy (my favourites).
if anyone is interested, i'd be more than happy to take some more photos of the stamps, so that you can see each set! just let me know 😌 also just very happy to answer any questions in general!
take care, friends x
