What happened to my neck
Added 2022-11-16 20:56:57 +0000 UTCEverything is fine and its not that serious but this is a little story time anyways :) it was quite nice to sit and talk actually. im considering uploading this to YouTube. I didn't plan to. I get asked a lot about making non asmr videos and im still deciding on the details of my new channel so I might just throw this on YouTube and see how people like seeing me just talk, and test the waters. anyways thankyou for all your kind words :) ive been filming loads! ( btw I hope u don't see ads on this, I think there's a glitch im not sure if they're there, but ive tried turning it off )

I went to a chiropractor before and it didn't do much, but I found a very well renowned acupuncturist once and she did amazing. I got my whole family hooked one by one as customers now lol. but yeah I think youre right, I hold soooo much tension in my back

Have you ever seen chiropractic videos of people getting their backs adjusted? The doctor always asks about previous physical trauma and since you have ptsd you might be carrying it in your back/neck. It might also explain the random emotions/crying. I don't know... I'm sure if I had just seen videos on alien abduction or reincarnation, I'd probably find connections there as well... 😋
