Hello, I've just joined as a patreon patron to you as I love your videos. I myself have PTSD I used to have panic attacks. If you need any advice let me know. I feel most of it is quite personal and would demand much more space to write it than here. There are many tricks we can do to calm the mind. And it depends of course on many personal factors such as whether the panic is trauma based etc Meditation helps build up our tolerance to panic attacks or triggers. EMDR is brilliant where medication and therapy have been exhausted. You seem happier in your recent videos so I hope you are better and feeling happier these days. - Giorgio

Get your TSH checked, drink less alcohol (it will make it worse), microdose mushrooms with a trusted loved one, EXERCISE!, eat non inflammatory foods, and try drinking golden milk/tumeric tea every day. Inflammation in the body and brain can really throw off your mental health. 90% of your serotonin is made in your gut and if the cells that line your gut are unhappy they will not make enough serotonin. Serotonin is crucial for mood stability and mental health. I know it sounds like a lot but remember that the better you take care of yourself, the better you can show up for others in your life. Also, I love your videos so much!
