Talk about the topic, and describe a situation, or leave it to us to elaborate.
Each idea will have a vote, and next month, there will be a poll with these ideas, and people who don't have ideas in that poll can give theirs.
The idea with the most votes will have a drawing made the following month, and each person will be able to vote again in the poll, being able to vote once a month, and having a new image every 2 months.
Next year, the poll restarts, this year, all current tiers compete in the poll.
The BBC reserves the right to refuse some ideas and request changes and limit ideas that are continuations of BB's own comics.
