Easy SK Hynix DDR5 timings
Added 2022-07-08 23:54:50 +0000 UTCThe idea for these timings is very simple. Just slap them right on top of the XMP of your SK Hynix 16Gb M-die based dimms in a single rank configuration. They will also work for dual rank they just aren't dialed in since all the dr and dd timings are on auto.
Voltages
VCCSA: 0.9-1.35V depending on mem clocks. Bellow 6600 you shouldn't need more than 1.1V
VCCIN: 1.9V
CPU VDDQ: 1.4 on MSI and ASUS, 1.35V on Gigabyte
IMC/VDD2: auto
DRAM VDD: 1.4
DRAM VDDQ: 1.4
tRAS: 28
tRRDL: 6
tRRDS: 4
tRFC: 333
tRFCpb: 233
tREFI: 65000
tRTP/tRDPRE: 12 (on ASUS set tRTP on other vendors use tRDPRE)
tCKE: 4
tRDRDsg: 12
tRDRDdg: 7
tWRWRsg: 12
tWRWRdg: 7
tWRRDsg: 60
tWRRDdg: 48
tWRPRE: 44
tWRPDEN: 44
tXP: 4
tPPD: 0 (not available on all boards)
Any timings not mentioned should be left on auto. These timings should knock of like 5-8ns of latency in AIDA.

Hey did you try these on your A Die kit? Did they work okay?
