Yep. Billionaire on paper and through massive amounts of debt. Even if they sell their company that is "worth" $1B they might only cash out a small percentage of that before taxes. The company assets, operations, team, intellectual property, designs, product roadmap, etc is all included in that valuation + the bank and investors own a portion. Those items can't ever go in your bank account.
