No those are all seperate tribes. The tribes of Judah and Benjamin represent the Southern Kingdom, Ephraim is the Northern Kingdom.

I literally before watching this video was researching the importance of purple garments came across Sumptuary law and thought how beneficial that would be to apply today in some capacity in our own communities.
