Poll results and sneak peeks!

I'm here to announce the results of the prehistoric mammal poll! With an overwhelming majority, you decided you want me to make Smilodon (the sabre toothed cat)! In my excitement, I've been reading up on all recent findings and reviewed the takes of paleoartists on these impressive carnivores. I've also decided on the exact species I will be trying to reproduce, which will be Smilodon populator, the biggest and baddest boy of the family. I've been finding Mauricio Antón's interpretations and papers to be the most convincing, so I will be referencing his work a lot (look him up if you're interested in paleoart, he's amazing!).
While I'm at the final stages of modelling my Jackdaw Kenku, I felt very inspired to start blocking out the main shapes of the Smilodon today, so now you guys have two sneak peeks of works to look out for :')
All this research into paleoart got me excited. There's a very big chance I will be modelling more extinct species!
