Cinnamon Desktop: Is it Good?

Comments

Great video. Cannot be a coincidence, since I am just re-enjoying Cinnamon on Arch since last weekend ;-) Started on Linux 4 years ago in Mint and yes Cinnamon is really solid and good. Enough to tweak, not as restrictive as Gnome. Only caveat: it doesn't fit my current workflow anymore (where I have applications open on specific workspaces and the focus move to there). Afaik there is no extension that covers that (we are not talking about devilspie anymore, ok? ;-) So, it's KDE, Openbox or Sway/DK for me these days.
