The major problem Mozilla has is they've lost focus on what made them popular, the browser. Instead they've ventured off into other arenas, mainly politics.

2021-10-11 12:03:52 +0000 UTCI think that Mozilla has more going on outside of the browser, mostly political and about censoring the internet. I believe this is where most of the work is being done. They have other projects you didn't mention though too. Firefox Monitor, Pocket, Lockwise, Firefox Focus. I am in agreement though how Firefox development is pretty sluggish.
