When I think of great action movies, my rule of three is: bad ass fights (be it hand to hand, guns, swords, a pencil… whatevs), big explosions, and good pacing I agree with Predator, Die Hard, Fury Road, and John Wick. Those are all great action movies and my family watches them on repeat. I’ll also throw these in the mix as contenders: Bourne Identity Bullettrain Kill Bill Knight and Day (surprisingly fun fight scenes and good explosions) Long Kiss Goodnight Mr. and Mrs. Smith
