Livingston got kicked out in game 4 of the Warriors blazers series in the 15-16 season. That's why Steph had the 40 point game coming back from the knee injury.

didn't Livingston get ejected during Portland game 5 in 2015 and that was what brought an injury steph back for extended minutes where he killed them in overtime?
