April Award Sign-Ups & New Lottery System

So many people are signing up, we're now going to be doing it lottery style, until we've gotten through everyone. If you had an Alternate spot in previous months, but didn't get used that is not counted against you. Speed is for GMR.

Hi Luke, the assignments had already gone out before you commented here, but so ahead and send in for Action Jackson, and if someone misses (happens all the time) I'll use yours. Next months sign ups will go live on the 21st, so keep an eye out for it!
