RANDOM MOVIE FROM “THE LIST”: This weeks random pull from the list is Timeline (2003). Who doesn’t love a time travel movie? Based on a Michael Crichton novel, $80 million dollar budget, Richard Donner at the helm? How could it fail? I don’t know but it failed harder than me in 7th grade math. 13% on RT and 5.6 on IMDb. Currently streaming for anyone with a Starz subscription, or rentable on Apple TV and Vudu.
GOOD MOVIE OPTION FROM 2003: Ong-Bak: The Thai Warrior. Seriously cool martial arts film starring Tony Jaa who pulls off some amazing stunts in the movie. It’s free on Tubi and Vudu right now, if you can get through to the fights and chases it’s absolutely amazing.

I agree. Book was better, but a very watchable movie. It has a very young (and thinner) Gerard Butler as well as David Thewlis (Lupin from Harry Potter) and Michael Sheen. Good cast.
