Added 2023-02-08 20:55:06 +0000 UTCIt's not lost on me, that we would not be able to do what we are doing without each of you, and so I hope you'll never get tired of me saying THANK YOU. Because you're here you get to hear about what's coming up before everyone else.
Coming up at the end of February, we are going to be getting internet at the studio. Why does that matter? We want to make live interaction with you guys part of what we do - so that means Live AMAs, Watch Parties, Discussions, Commentaries etc. We (which means Doc) are working out the technical side of things.
Also, Doc with the help of Mr. Gusek is working on putting together the official BMR Discord, which will help facilitate access and interaction. We've always wanted our listeners to feel like they were hanging with their friends, and this is the next step in that - because you're all friends of the show as far as I'm concerned.
ALSO - this summer we are going to be launching TWO additional podcasts that will be PATREON exclusive. They will not be weekly, like BMR (which isn't changing and will always be free), but these will both be once-a-month shows. One of the shows will be animation-focused (movies & Saturday morning cartoons) hosted by Curt Mummer and a rotating panel. The other will finally be the launch of the show we've joked about for a while, Good Movies that are Good. This will allow us to talk about the Predators, Aliens, and Back to the Future of the world. I will be hosting this show in addition to BMR.
The only place to hear these new shows will be right here. My only desire is that each of you feels like you are getting your money's worth, as we know you don't have to be spending it here.
